As a Manager on Duty and Guest Relation manager,

You are responsible for the hotel guests and staff during your shift, especially when the management team is not there. You are the number one point of contact for everyone and make sure everything is running smoothly. You are working hand in hand with the Front Office manager.

Who you are

You are guest oriented and are not afraid to take ownership, especially when things go wrong

Higher Hotel School or equivalent work and thinking level
Extensive managerial experience within the various departments of a hotel of equal size and class (4 or 5 stars)
Speaks Dutch and English fluently and preferably a another language too
Good communication skills
Stress resistant
Service-oriented
Leadership Qualities
Good track record of handling complaints
Curious mindset to have the needed Helicopter view for the job
