As a hostess or host for breakfast,

you are responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences in our breakfast restaurant of the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam - South. You prepare the restaurant for service, welcome guests for breakfast, and assist the F&B team if needed but more than anything you are the ambassador of the hotel.

Who are you

You are a great team player, passionate about hospitality and determined to provide the best quality of service for our guests and customers

Your heart beats faster when guests leave with a smile, write a positive review and above all come back because of the excellent service and delicious dishes
You do not shy away from a challenge and you have a strong problem-solving ability
You are fluent in speaking and understanding Dutch and English
Previous experience in hospitality or similar position is appreciated
You have a caring and enthusiastic attitude
You are proactive and solution oriented
You are a team player
You like to take responsibilities and are proud to provide a great quality of service to the guests and customers
