As a Group & Event executive,

In this position, your mission is to be responsible for groups & event reservation, maximize conversion and satisfaction to build customer loyalty.

Who are you

You have experience within a Reservation and/or Groups & Events Department;
You are fluent in speaking, reading, writing and understanding in Dutch & English;
You are sales driven and proactive;
You are a go getter who loves to organize, plan and get results;
You are able to manage communication with all people involve in the projects: customer, colleagues, suppliers etc.;
You have a creative mind-set and create the best deals for both client and hotel;
You take the responsibility to build true meaningful connections with clients and guests;
You like a challenge and are a real people’s person and team player;
You have a sense of humor;
You have the confidence to become ‘the ambassador’ of Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South.
