As a Front Office Agent,

You are the first point of contact for our guests and responsible to make them feel welcomed and at home for the whole duration of their stay.

Who you are

You are guest oriented and like to get things done. You are a team player and is ready to create, together with your team, a warm atmosphere for our current and future guests. Beside that,

If you have experience in the Front Office, it's great. But if not, we will teach you all the tricks
You are fluent in English, speaking reading and writing. Dutch is appreciated but not needed
more languages are highly appreciated (Mandarin, French, Italian or Spanish)
You are proactive and enthusiastic
You like to take responsabilities and have the confidence to come up with solutions
You are social and like to build meaningful relationships with your team, clients and guests.
Experience with Fidelio/Opera is a plus
