As a (demi) chef de Partie

You are a key element for the success of day to day operation, working closely with your colleagues in the kitchen to prepare amazing yummy plates.

You work in the different kitche of the hotel: Asian food, Brasserie, Catering, Banqueting … you are flexible and eager to learn
You make sure all areas of the kitchen make the right preparation to ensure a successful service
You manage how the plates are prepared and make sure they taste as good as they look.

Who you are

You obviously have a passion for food, but also:

You can legally work in the Netherlands;
You have experience in a kitchen of similar standing;
You have a valid "SVH" diploma (social hygiene);
You are creative and you like to work in a team to come up with great menu and dishes;
You are flexible and stress resistant;
